Dress up for the cold

And on Saturday he appeared on Karl Johan, looking for the hat and mitts to keep warm in the winter cold of Oslo. The student Sacha Slengesol Balgobin thought at first it was a regular customer she sees in the fashion store YME on Karl Johan.

– I asked if he needed help, but he replied that he don’t speak Norwegian. It was a busy Saturday, so I didn’t look very carefully at him, - says Balgobin, who is studying to be an actor.

After they have chatted a bit together, it came to her that it was actor Michael Fassbender she is talking to.

– I didn't think I could be so excited, but I was. He is an extremely talented actor and has starred in so many great movies. I refused myself to ask if we could take a picture, but he got it on his own and told me, so then I had to ask for a picture!

– I asked what is he doing here in Oslo, and he told me he’s filming “The Snowman”. He was very nice, - says Sacha Slengesol Balgobin to NRK.

The filming starts on Monday 18th of January, movie also features Swedish Rebecca Ferguson and the French-British Charlotte Gainsbourg. "The Snowman" will be filmed in Oslo, Bergen and at Rjukan till March.
